Carriage & Packing

 

a) Carriage and Packing is chargeable on orders under £100.00.

b) Where goods are specially obtained from manufacturers and a carriage is made, we reserve the right to pass it on.

 

Payment

 

Payment must be received in full before items are shipped.

Warranty

 

All products sold by Imperium Lighting, excluding consumables such as lamps and light bulbs, are subject to a one-year warranty from the date of receipt of the goods. This warranty guarantees the quality of the product in regard to manufacturing faults that occur during normal use and does not cover damage by misuse, negligence or general wear and tear. This warranty does not extend over a year even where the manufacturer gives an estimation of the expected life of the product. 

In regards to any claim regarding faulty items; these will be sent over to the relevant supplier for testing. Once a decision has been made by the supplier, a credit note will be issued (if applicable).

 

Refund Policy

 

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 working days of ordering. For cancelled orders, payment will be returned following the return of goods. Refunds will be received within 30 days. It is the customers responsibility for any costs to return the items. For customised goods no returns are possible. Any items returned damged will result in a reduction of the refund
